What Happens After You Submit
We review every submission, but we can’t list every agency. Here’s the process:
1. Initial review — 1–2 weeks. We check your portfolio, client list, and public review footprint against our scoring criteria. If the fit looks strong, we move to full evaluation.
2. Full evaluation — 4–6 weeks. We score your agency across three categories: Strategy and Creative Fit, Creativity and Quality, and Verified Reviews. We don’t contact you during this stage.
3. Publication or pass. If your agency meets the threshold, your profile goes live and we notify you by email. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you why — and what would need to change for a future submission to qualify.
Inclusion is based on score. Agencies that don’t meet the threshold aren’t listed.
How to Submit
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line Agency Submission: [Your Agency Name] and include the following:
Agency name and website URL
Up to 3 portfolio links — case studies you want us to look at
Primary services — e.g. brand strategy, visual identity, verbal identity, brand activation
Industries you specialise in — e.g. SaaS, Fintech, Healthcare, Ecommerce
Clutch or DesignRush profile URL (optional but recommended)
That’s it. We’ll confirm receipt within a few business days.
